Our GOLD plan offers a 24 hour response time, 24/7 telephone assistance, bi-annual safety inspection and report including the testing of each chargepoint using our dedicated chargepoint testing equipment. All labour and parts are included. Any chargepoints accidentally damaged will be replaced within 3 days. Accidental damage replacement labour is free, the replacement chargepoint is chargable.

The SILVER package is aimed at those who are not utilising their charger on a weekly basis and therefore wear and tear are likely to be reduced. You will receive a 2 day response time with telephone and email support. You will also receive an annual safety inspection and report. Labour is included. Accidental damage to chargepoints is not covered under this plan.

The BRONZE plan is our most modest plan and offers a safety inspection and report every eighteen months with email support. This plan offers 10 day response to any reported faults. Accidental damage to chargepoints is not covered under this plan.
